Coming off a wonderful 4th of July holiday, reminds me that we are so blessed to live in a nation where we have the freedom to build on our dreams to make them a reality! That what FaT Kakes was for me and Faye, a dream. As I watch this dream manifest it's self and become real, I feel a great sense of accomplishment and fear... this fear keeps us grounded and makes us want to do our best to provide a great product for our customers!

Since it was such a beautiful day, we decided to take the boat out!!! What a great way to cool down after a week of baking and delivering cupcakes!!!
